Born in Zurich, Switzerland and raised in Kobe, Japan, New York and San Francisco before coming to Hawaii in 1991. I started my real estate career shortly after working with several marketing and investment firms based in Japan and Hong Kong. I continue to maintain my client base in Asia that I keep in touch with and use as a source of buyers. About 90% of my business has stemmed from repeat and referral business.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. Less than 4 percent of the more than 1 million REALTORS® working today can call themselves a CRS designee. This group represents the elite performers in residential real estate.

Brian Uy, Broker in Charge
Brian Uy was born in Brooklyn, New York, but moved to Honolulu where he attended Kahala Elementary. He moved back to New York City, before attending Horace Greeley High School in Chappaqua, New York, then Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York, where he received a Bachelors Degree in Economics, and a minor in Operations Management.
Business:
Brian is the Broker in Charge for LT Services, a real estate company that specializes in Residential and Commercial brokering and property management, as well as general real estate consulting. He has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Hawaii since September of 1990. He was selected by the Honolulu Board of Realtors for the 2003 Hale Aina Realtor’s Choice Award Winner. Brian was also the founder and owner of Havana Cabana, a local restaurant, cigar lounge located on Nuuanu Avenue from 1996 to 2001.
Government and Community:
Brian is on the City and County of Honolulu’s Transportation Commission. He was also a member of the Mayor’s Downtown Chinatown Task Force, as well as being the founding member and former President of the Nuuanu District Association of Culture and Arts (1996-2002).
He also currently sits on the board of directors for the Hawaii International Film Festival and the American Heart Association Oahu Board.
Brian was selected by the Pacific Business News as 2001 40 under 40 years old Rising Stars of Hawaii. He also was the recipient of the Hawaii Jaycees prestigious Three Young Outstanding Persons Award for 2001.
